Wow, it’s been so long since I last updated… well, sort of.

The past couple of weeks have not exactly been eventful. Thanks to a super low budget, almost everyday has been spent indoors except for some weekends to JP or to town. Last week, I gave Milord a treat at Ichiban sushi at Suntec, sort of for his birthday. Very filling. The beef sukiyaki I ordered was not bad. Then on his birthday, I coincidentally had no lesson for the day, so we went to catch a movie that afternoon. Ghost Of Girlfriends Past. It was quite okay. You can’t expect much from rom-coms anyway. After the movie we went back to his place and had a nice (well, sort of) dinner with his Mum and uncle. Later that night I started to develop a sort throat…

The next morning my sore throat seemed to have gotten worse. I went to school anyway, then went to the nearby polyclinic after lesson. Whoa, they have special FLU section for patients who have any kind of FLU symptoms. For those who don’t have H1N1, it’s good because there’s not really a long queue (put into consideration that it’s a weekday) so I managed to finish reasonably fast. Less than one hour in fact =D

On Friday evening, Milord and I met up with Edmund, Astria, Zhihui and Reaper for steamboat dinner at Bugis. After the dinner, met up with Derrick and MY, and Jeff to catch a movie at Filmgarde, iluma. We caught Drag Me To Hell, which was ermm.. pretty typical of any horror film. Everyone found it kind of lame, cos the girl still dies in the end after all that. Haha. And what is with the whole wrong envelope thing? Oh my. Haha. The funny part was that a few times when there was gonna be some scary part coming, Astria would start laughing. Hahaha. After the movie we all went to have coffee, after much deliberation and discussion, we ended up at Breko just beside where we were doing all that discussion. Haha. It’s been quite a long time since we all met up like this and hang out like how we did months ago. After coffee we all headed back home.

It’s been a boring day so far today. Gonna meet Milord near his place where he will company me for my dinner, then I’ll probably buy back some Thai mango salad and Thai Papaya Salad from the pasar malam there =D  yum yum!
